hello I’m new here. I’ve had chronic back pain for years. The past 5 have been the worse for me. I’m 53. I broke my tailbone 32 years ago and have since then fallen again hard twice on it.  I also recently began seeing a chiropractor. My xray show my spine to be bent to the side causing my hips to be off. He began working on me last week.  Today after being on my feet for 30 minutes my lower back was toast. When I went to sit down, pain from my tailbone was intense. This tailbone issue has been intense for the past couple months. Normally it’s my thigh, hip and lower back. This shooting pain from tailbone is something new.

Anyone out there have anything like this? It’s so upsetting to only be able to be on my feet for 20-30 minutes before I’m hurting like this.

I had mri about 4 years ago at a pain clinic. Told I have bulging disks but nothing else. I’m not sure why I have so much pain
