:H hello everyone it has been a while since i've been here.
in 2006 i was injured at work and sustained a l4 l5 s1 disc protusion and was not in good shape. i've been doing well for about 6 mths now and trying to get back to life as best as possible and was about to start getting on with it till 3 weeks ago when i was rear ended in my car totally written off and totally not at fault but now have back pain leg pain back shoulder neck pain and feel like crap.

  • thing happened to me 8 weeks out of surgery. Got rear-ended and un-did everything good doctor had done. Welcome back and hope you find some relief.

  • ali- welcome to site. Sorry to hear of the car accident. Have you gotten proper tests and treatments to help with the pain. I would probably ask the dr about the L4-L5-S1 discs as they may or may not have gotten worse...jade
