Lower back hump

hi everyone,

Im not sure as to what category for this query but im thinking this is related to scoliosis. Anyway, i noticed that i have uneven hump at my lower back and pain occurs during hours of driving only. Im 24 yrs old, 180 lbs, 6ft tall. I can do compound lifts 2-3 times my body weight.

So guys what are your diagnosis based with your ocular examination? Does my back really look bad? Should i stop doing heavy compounds? Need your opinion guys. Thank you.
