Spinal injection, has it done anything

i had my first spinal injection 11 days ago, first two days were good till the local anaesthetic wore off. I'm on 150mg of lyrica twice a day as well as Targin. Yesterday I forgot to take my morning dose. Didn't realise till lunch time when the nerve pain just kept increasing.

By 4pm I'd also got a headache but as I'm prone to headaches and migraines I wasn't convinced it was a red flag.

Morning now and headache is still there , leg pain still there but reduced after last nights meds. Back pain is reduced to just around the problem area L5S1 it's nothing like the back pain I had previously but makes it hard to get comfortable.

I get pins and needles down my leg if I'm upright for more than a few minutes.

I'm seeing my doctor today so will see what she says, but I'm concerned that the cortisone hasn't done it's job.... ?
