 In diagnosed with a herniated disc L5 S1  and  also I have osteo arthritis of the spine and I’m being referred to pain management clinic for an epidural injection have to say I’m really worried about this.  Do I need to be?   Any help or advice would be much appreciated

    welcome to spine-health

    i have had several epidural injections and they are usually done in a series of 3 over a few months. they can help with inflammation and pain, if it works. everyone is different so what works for one may not work for another.
