  • Sure... I am 32 year old.... Healthy man.. and I have been just diagnosed by my doctor through MRI that i have a mild spinal stenosis from L1 to L5... and have a nerve compressing bulge at L5 S1... I am having pain and muscle tightness in my right leg... my right buttock is numb since a month... And i am scared for my future... I will never go for surgery unless its the only option to save my leg and bladder control.... i am not thr yet and therefore i need to know if anyone has gone through ozone therapy... and how is there experience...

  • I am 24 years old and had severe lower back pain travelling towards leg 6 months ago.

    I had MRI and diagnosed with l5s1 disc herniation. My neurosurgeon recommend ozone therapy because he has specialisation in this. I gone through this therapy which consists of 4 ozone injection aftrr every 15 days. It only helped to recover 20 to 25 % inspite of the fact that it cost me 2 lac rupees.

    May be it can work for some other people but for me it seems waste of money.

  • Thank you for your comment.... Ozone injections reduce the size of the disc and hence in your case it has given 20-25 % relief... If your disc is herniated and the material has come out of it.. then ozone injection cannot reduce that leaked material....
