Need help to go to professional atheletic life

Dear

 

I Hope this email find you good and well , I am moustafa Khalil
29 Years old 76 Kg 1.86 m Height 
Professional Table Tennis Player located in Egypt .

 During the last year I
have been diagnosed by L5 S1 Mild Bulging which prevented me from continuing
professional Career on Table tennis. I started treatment taking Medecines etc
like Andogabalin & Rest for the past Year – However  after 1 Year I still being diagnosed in the
MRI with  L5 S1 Protrusion.

Current issue is I Feel Very slight numbness increasing when
I go and practice .I am not capable for  getting
back to training as I feel I am  not
completely Healed 100% . I am looking for Alternative Treatment way ( Medecine-Rehabiltation
Program where I have supervision under professional Doctors experienced in such
injuries and  utilizing latest technology
 to enable fully recovery for getting
back to atheletic Professional Career ( Requires lots of twisting Bending
Activities )

I am already attaching my 1 year Old – Recent MRI  for reference

Appreciate sharing back your input and advice for next steps
