Hi everyone ! I am a new member 56 year old female. I had a lamenectomy L5-S1 5 years ago , very successful. I am in the Fitness industry /rehab exercise therapist, that so helped. June 20th coming will be a 1year of ACFS3 levels 4-5, 5-6 & 6-7 went great , 0 pain good recovery . Have questions  to ask about singing. I still don’t have my high range & cant find much info out there about “what” to do. My surgeon gave me deer in headlight when I asked if I could sing again. I have a 3 inch titanium plate & 8 screws .... not sure if that makes a difference ?!?!Looking forward to this group & learning with fellow spine people.

    welcome to spine-health

it may be worth talking to your doctor about further investigations or therapy on your voice to see if there is anything available to help you with this.

we have had members in the past that has had issues after surgery and have had separate investigations for their voice.  you may find some older posts via the search box at the top of the page.  just scroll down to spine-health related entries once you search.  this may be helpful for research but some members may not be active on the forum now.

i have added two links below to help new members with information and these also contain the forum rules.  there is lots of material to research on spine-health that will give you the power of knowledge.

    welcome to spine health
