New Cervical slipped disc worse pain! PT now?
I just found out I have a slipped disc in my neck and it is causing the worst pain in my life. I have been spending a lot of time on This forum figuring out what to do and am so grateful for everybody’s comments here. I am taking steroids, Flexeril and ibuprofen 600 mg three times a day. I am supposed to start PT but I can’t even move without severe pain. Too soon for PT then right? I tried doing some home neck traction but it feels worse? Anyone have that? Is that because we used too much weight about 10lb? How long did most people take to recover? This is torture! Thanks for listening.
