Bit of numbness and pain

I started taking care of myself and do stretches for scoliosis for a week now but I'm starting to feel numbness on my whole left side and feeling a bit weak what can I do

    hi fey23

    welcome.....i'm assuming that you have seen a doctor for your scoliosis, and you have their advice on stretches and exercises to do?  if not, that is your first step.  if yes, then you likely need to talk with them again and make sure that everything is okay.
