Went to PT today. Ouch my upper back/neck is in a spasm. I had surgery 2 months ago and am getting stim. massage and exercise. This is my third visit and the PT did a Myofascial release massage. I have had a different PT every visit. I haven't had pain from the massage in the past. What should I do to releive it?

  • Does the place you are receiving PT from have a pool? After my neck and back surgeries, I really benefited from working in the pool. It does take time to get better. Hang in there.
