Lower back fusion L3, L4, L5

I had the surgery January 25th, 2016. It went fine, I was walking fine standing up straight , did therapy, went back to work after 6 weeks, but as time went on I kept feeling like I had no strength in my lower back, I couldn't walk straight without holding the wall or leaning on a cart, I have had many injections, no help. After 23 years at the same job they forced me to retire, I need to walk normal again, is there anyone out there that had the same problem but got help. Please if you can help let me know, thanks
