    I would talk to my doctor about this. What may help someone else might not be good for you, everyone is different. Especially with exercises. He is the only one who knows what is best for you.

    Pretty sure McKenzie in his book talks about people with posterior herniations benefiting in hopes it moves the disc back in. Not sure of it helping stenosis , might want to read his first few chapters . There's a free one online.
