Sneezed and what happened

No idea where to post this but.....L4/L5 bulge and foraminal stenosis.  Last night I was trying to get ''comfortable' to sleep when a sneeze came on instantly.  My right nostril was plugged so a lot of the force backed up inside me.  The area that goes right across my lower back from the top of my butt checks and triangled up a few inches to my spine felt like it expanded to the point that it was going to bust right out if my back.  There was a couple seconds of numbing sensation with it.  Scared me.  I waited a minute before I dared to move and when I did I noticed a significant reduction of pain.  I still had some pain but it wasn't the lightning shooting type.  Now it was a weak dull pain in one spot...Top middle of left butt check where it meets my lower back.  Last night was the best night sleep I've had in months!  Anyone experience anything like this?
