Hello I had Surgery July 12th this past Thursday.

I'm having burning so bad at battery site and it radiates to my lower half of buttocks, battery is right at hip line . The burning is so bad I have been in tears all day , walking, standing, sitting is unbearable. Is this normal? Tried calling Dr they said just give it time.

  • The user and all related content has been deleted.
  • I think you do have to give it time. I also suggest you ensure you are taking your pain medication on time every time even if it’s in the middle of the night! I also found paracetamols helpful even though they do nothing for my usual pain.

Please check out my blog for more info on how i got on with the Nevro Spinal Cord Stimulator trial and my first month since my permanent was fitted: https://www.bionicjenuk.wordpress.com
