Hey, I just thought I'd post some relatively healthy snacks I've come up with in the last couple of years. I just finished some celery and hummus. Very easy. Just make sure you wash the celery then dip it in a tub of your favorite hummus. There are many different flavors to try. Mines regular. Another one is my nut mix. It's raw almonds (not roasted in oil), unsweetened coconut flakes, and 70% dark chocolate. The dark chocolate I get in a bar and chop it up. You can also try dried fruit instead of the coconut. Of course you need to be careful because there are plenty of calories. One more I like is fat free vanilla yogurt mixed with any fresh fruit. I've tried cherries, blueberries, grapes and raspberries. All good. Just make sure you wash the fruit. Happy eating!
