Need Help

I’m 20 years old and, I’ve been having pain in the middle left side of my back for a year now. When I first got diagnosed, I was told it was a pinched nerve. The treatments I’ve tried are: physical therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, trigger point needling, chiropractor, nerve ablation, injections, and two medications. My MRI is perfect. No deformities or anything visibly wrong. The injections give me a little bit of relief for several days max. What should I do? Could surgery be an option? Just confusing because my MRI if fine, so what would they have to operate on? Life is so difficult and painful because of this. Please help! Tell me if you have a similar condition and things you do to help the pain! Thank you in advance!
