Still having HORRIBLE, unbearable, nerve pain

I had a lumbar fusion 4 days ago. First off, this surgery is no joke. It hurts. Secondly, the nerve pain, gets worse before it gets better. Or at least that's how it seems to me right now. I don't think I have post-op meds for the nerve pain. What should I be taking? i

  • I am 7 days post discectomy.  Having excruciating leg nerve pain as well.  Dr gave me gabapentin and Prednisone and it seems so help a tiny bit.  Hope this helps. Feel better
