Advice to help with crushed thoracic spine

Hi there

Quick rundown. I had a car accident, have crushed some of my thoracic spine and 4 herniated lumbar discs. I've had peripheral neuropathy in my feet due to the discs sitting on a nerve but never experienced it in my arms and hands until today.

Its unlike the neuropathy in my feet. It's not a burning pain in my arms and hands, it's more a numb tingling with some weakness.

I want to stop this before it turns into full blown burning (my feet started out this way). Google hasn't been much help so far but if there is anything at all i can do to fix this myself, i will.

Has anyone experienced anything similar and have any solutions
