    believe me, we all have "those days".....i did yesterday.....pity pot visiting....downright mad at myself for doing this to myself and had a good friend of mine (from this forum) basically tell me....whoa kiddo, you are normal to feel like that....LOL

    keep your head up.....and i'll try to stand up straight too (with my left lean and my rounded shoulders....)
