Anyone having or have had spinal surgery should read this:

  • Is there a May forum? My surgery has been pushed out twice now due to worker’s comp authorization delays, but fingers are crossed for May 17th (L4-5 TLIF). Hoping this is it, because the symptoms are worsening with pain in both of my legs now (was only the left for the first 16 months). Really bad at night. Encouraging to see everyone doing so well after their procedures. Thanks for sharing!!
