I am having an L3, L4, lamimnectomy and a l4 l5 fusion on 1/31/19.

This is the first time getting a fusion. I had a laminectomy on l3,l4 in 1995 . This time is the same laminectomy but they are going to also fuse the l4,l5. I welcome any feedback and guidance thanks.

    Hello elpapo31!
    Welcome to Spine Health
All new members should take the System Tutorial

The best place to read about other member's surgery and recovery is to look in Surgery Buddies. Members posted before and after surgery and about their recovery. There is a lot of valuable information. Just go to Surgery Buddies and pick any prior month.

You can also join Surgery Buddies, just pick the month of your surgery and start a discussion.
