How can u tell if its si pain?

I have pain down my lower back near the waist. It hurts to stand and feels like two balls are near my waist. Is that si pain? How can u tell? It feels like its in my hips etc.

    You , yourself or anyone here can not determine if your problem is with the SI Joint.  You need to have a physician examine you and do a clinical examination.  SI Joint problems are pretty easy for doctors to identify.
