At Home Neck and Back Pain Relief systems

Has anyone had any luck eliminating or reducing their kyphosis with one of these items or systems you can buy with out a prescription? Also, I read somewhere that if you have a cervical fusion you should not attempt to use one of these devices and I curious if anyone was told that by their medical professionals. I'm always looking for a way to get better but I have my doubts about these! Thanks all. Here's to hoping you are having a good day! Jerome

  • Jerome, from experience, only use what your surgeon recommends! You might injure yourself worse by trying one of these “ gimmicks “ that are on all the late night TV shows. It’s not worth it my friend!......David
