Hello everyone. I have just signed up to this website and I am looking forward to sharing and listening to everyone else with back trouble. I was just reading some messages on DDD, as I have Spondylolisthesis and Spinal Stenosis I also have bother with cramping in my feet and toes, especially during the night. I have a brilliant GP and he perscribed QUININE SULPHATE TABLETS 200MG, I find these a great help during the night and ease a lot of the cramping and pain in my feet. I hope this can help.
