Ciao! I'm an American living in Italy, checking in from the other side of the globe! I've had back problems for over 20 years and sleep problems for my entire life.

My life has gotten better now that I'm on new medicinal assistance: Celexa and Trazadone. It's great to be happy and sleeping! If I can only rid the back pain...

    Hi lskrenie!

Where abouts are you living in Italy?
We are heading back there in a month to vist Naples,
The Amafi coast, Positano, and more.
Last visit (about 4 years ago) we did Rome,Florence,Lucca,Barsano de Grapo, Vincenzia and then Venice.
Our close friends daughter is in the Army, so last time we hit the northern area also including Lake Garda. My son was a cooking instructor at school in Lucca.
Now, our daugther's friend is station outside of Positano,Pusillo(spelling) so its the Naples area for this visit

What is your spinal problem? and how are you dealing with it while you live in Italy?
