Hi all,
I just wanted to share some good news...I've been discharged from physical therapy!!! YEAH!!!! My PT said I've met his criteria and can stop going in or choose to come in for the after care program (coming in and working out without supervision or treatment.) I joined the YMCA today so I can start swimming next week along with the after care program at the PT office. I figure that will help me transition to working out with less support. After a month or two I'll add in pilates and drop the PT all together. I know I feel better when I exercise (correctly and moderately). It should be enough motivation to keep me working out but.....well what can I say, when I hurt I'd rather just lay around. So I need support to keep it up (sure sounds weak on my part doesn't it?)The wonderful part..... IT FEELS GREAT TO HAVE HIT MY GOAL! <:P

We can ALL relate to wanting to lay around when we hurt, so you can bet the farm that if you need some motivation to keep up the routine, we're gonna be here to do just that! Hopefully we'll all learn from your example and keep motivated ourselves! :)

Congrats, and keep taking care of you...
