It is very important that I remind everyone, that when you make a response to someone's medical question, be very careful on how you word it.
None of us are medical professionals and as such our comments are not formal medical statements.
We must make sure that we do not influence any member in regards to:

- MRI Results
- What to Insist on
- What you can and can not do.

It is one thing to make recommendations based on your own personal experience. But when you do that, please make sure that you include that in your post.

I have asked all the moderators to look for posts that seem to provide medical advice. When we see those, we will be editing them to add:

The information provided by members of Spine-Health should never be considered as formal medical advice. It is recommendations based on member's personal experiences only.
This can vary from person to person, so do not take comments as medical rules

in your signature line is fine for me.
Just keep in mind, that after a while, people do not always look at your signature line. That is why I try to put it into posts that I make giving any opinion.

  • I like all your avatars.
But my favorite is the Bill Clinton look alike with the cigar

p.s. just a little patsy reminder to all. Giving somebody a smile is sometimes better then a pain pill!(even if it last for just a moment)at times that is just what we need to pull ourselves together,if you know what I mean
  • Your so very welcome, how old are you in that picture?

Most of the time, I can tell by my hair style.
From long long locks, to short, to Wild Afros, to who knows what. I am saying that picture is about when I was in my early 30's
