I am so upset, my nephew is getting married today and Yesterday I tripped over a curb a "jarred" myself hard enough that today I woke up in alot of pain. I have burning through my shoulder blades and chest, I am soooo upset. I will go to the wedding but I wanted so bad to have a good day and have fun with my family,
Does anyone know of a quick fix, he he. I know I ask too much.It is just so upsetting... I want to dance again with the love of my life without pain or my arms going numb, he deserves so much more.
I could go on all day but just needed to vent alittle to the people I KNOW understand.
Thank you so much for all the support you guys give and the understanding that is so hard to get anywhere else.

  • :) :) i wish i could give you a magic pill to make it all better. :? maybe take your meds and rest till you can atleast make an appearance. who knows, once you get there, all the excitement and activity may make you able to get through it!! #:S be easy on yourself and realize accidents happen at the most unfortunate times. it should make it easier to know your loved ones do understand!! take care! Jenny :)
  • Jeanette,

I'm so sorry you have this to contend with on such a special day. Maybe you can wear a OTC heat patch. They come in different sizes and are suppose to last for hours. Maybe this would work under what you are going to wear.

Get lots of rest before the event and please update us on how you do.

    Take care of you,
