well this is my first post. I live in oregon , am married and have a couple of kids. My complaints would be the sciatica running down my right leg. it is chronic but my painlevels are determined by my activities , they are constant. annular tear l4-l5,2 herniated discs,l3-l4,l4-l5. surgery is scheduled and I will report my findings after. thanks

  • :) hi and welcome to the forum! :H we are here to offer you support and answer what questions we can. i have severe sciatica in my left leg. ~X( i know the pain you are feeling all the time. i am on Lyrica, a nerve pain medication. it has helped alot. :O perhaps that is something you could talk to your doctor about. good luck on your upcoming surgery and follow your doctor's orders!! overdoing it after surgery is a big no no. have a good read in "Good News" for a read on successful SH surgeries.
