Hi everyone!

I wanted you to know there is hope post surgery. I had a laminectomy on my lumbar and a fusion on c5/6. The fusion anniversary was this past Saturday. My symptoms were severe, hands burned and were asleep for 8 months. I had vertigo tingling in my feet, traps, neck and face. It was a severe case of nerve issues. I am happy to announce what I am left with is minimal. I am doing weight training consistently and plan to compete in a figure show sometime in 2009.
