Has anybody tried this before?

Have any of you ever heard of a technique called Advanced Muscle Reconditioning? It is done by a guy (I don't know if you are allowed to mention names on this forum) in Los Angeles, CA. His website is URL Removed.

He has posted several videos on YouTube talking about back pain. I found them to be quite interesting, but would actually like to hear from someone who has experienced his method of treatment. At first glance, you would think it is the same as Deep Tissue Massage, Rolfing, or Myotherapy, but it is not.

If you aren't familiar with it, it may be worth taking a look at as an alternative to other treatments that may not be providing relief.

If anyone has any info on it, please let me know.

  • Hiya, Welcome to Spine Health >:D< Yes i have heard of it and seen the deep tissue massage done :) . There is also one called cupping ;) . They place these cups on your back and massage them around :SS . Then the cups act like a suction :) . This increases the blood flow, to the veins :? . This is meant to be really good for you :) . But it you suffer with heart problems then you must get permission from your doctor first :D .

  • Rolfing is similar to a deep tissue massage but works at breaking up tangled up fascia. It helped give me a great deal of relief . If you are interested in reading more about it I actually wrote an entry about it on my blog:

Neck Pain for over 2 years after MRI confirmed bulging disk ,bone spurring

  • The neuromuscular massage with the cupping done twice so far.... jury is still out!
Good luck in your search and let us know if you try it & how it goes!
