I FINALLY feel more like my old self! After my surgery in July...I have been having a rough time with so much pain from my surgery (neck) as well as lumbar pain and then shoulder...BUT I noticed this weekend I actually feel good!!! Maybe this is the turning point! I did some housework saturday and expected to be sorry Sunday..but really can't complain =D>

  • You hit it around the same time I did--approx. 4 months! Doesn't it feel great? It's funny how it just happens all of a sudden isn't it? Don't be surprised if you still have a few bad days though.

I'm so happy for you...keep it up!
  • I really hope it lasts for you! >:D<

  • Wow, that is GREAT!!! Glad you are doing better. >:D<

It's only been 6 weeks for me & I'm waiting for that time. :)))
  • Enjoy it!!!! Regardless of whether it is long lasting or temporary. Enjoy it!!!!!

    One Love,

  • Although I am feeling very good (at this time :))) ) I am still concerned about returning to my physically demanding job as a special education teacher. I stopped PT (I guess temporary) when my arm pain became much worse. I see the OS this Friday to review my shoulder MRI and neck recovery. I am assuming he will want me to resume PT before I go back to work?? I am just nervous that going back before I am truly ready will set me up for failure...thanks again!
