can anyone tell me what a diffuse disc bulge flattens the ventral thecal sac, means? Thank you.

  • It means that your disc is pressing on the bundle of spinal nerves. The thecal sac is the membrane that covers them.
    Hope that helps.
  • I had a ct and it states disc bulge...L5-S1,L4-5,L3-4. I just had it the other day and haven't heard from my dr. yet. Is this something that will get better,or do I live w/ it?Thanks
