Was browsing the net looking for tips to deal my recently injured back. Found you folks...Much information to be found here. looks like it will be a great resourse......D

    Since the injury do you have weaknes or numbness you didn't have before? If you do you need to see a spine surgeon ASAP. If you don't, then go see a chiropractor. Your friends can recommend good ones.

    BTW, I'm a retired physician pain specialist. I've studied this a lot!

    If you don't want to see a chiropractor, get in to see a physical therapist. This sort of situation responds the stretching, strengthening, and flexibility workouts the PT people have, Or you can look up back exercises on the web.
