when i sit forward and relax my back it feels like my spine is about to expload. its very painfull but its like a huge presure building up and up and up. sometimes i do it on purpuse to see how long i can take pain 4. 30 seconds is my max before i have to stop because of pain. i no that might sound sadistic. but i use it as a sort of mesureing stick.for example 10 weeks ago it was 2 minutes before the pain got to much now its 30 seconds. eny ideas what causese it

  • Have you had an MRI? or other X-rays/tests?
  • What is your history? Have you had surgery and what's your diagnosis? I have concerns about that, I would bring that to your Dr's attention. I think there could be alot of things it could be. Do you feel pressure only in your back? DO you have any other symptoms? We could only speculate here but I think you should call your Doctor about that. Take care. Charry

  • should explain iv had xray been seen by speclist waiting 4 mri scan. the speclist as recomend me for a fusion. she said iv got spondy level 3 caused by a acident. i ment what causes the preasure in your spine.
