    Whenever you see a thread with the

  • I am barely 18 and I have this problem, incredibly frustrating being essentially paralyzed on the ground for half an hour until I can work up the grit to power through the pain and get up, and even once I'm up the pain lingers in my back for the next hour or so. Just an awful experience every time it happens and it makes me scared that it will only intensify as I age.
