i know it's to early to tell yet since i had my acdf done on 12-4-08 but my girlfriend and i are big time snowmobile and boating nuts. doctor said i can in time live a normal life.but of course the doctor is going to say that. i would rather hear from somebody that has had the surgery and enjoys the same thing and how long it took you to be able to ride and did you have to get ny kind of special riding brace.
