my name is Tina and i'm 29 years ols. i was recently told that i have severe arthritis in my back. my doc says that is has never seen it so bad in anyone my age. i amm looking for advice on how to deal with the pain. i cry myself to sleep almost every night. i have four kids two of which were born in the last 13 months, only 10 months apart. i don't know what i can do to get any relief or to slow this down. please help. i will try anything at this point. i can't sleep, sit , or stand with out being in severe pain.

  • I go to a Pain Management Dr. I also have arthritis in my facet joints and received injections that are helping. Perhaps your Dr. will give you a referral and the pain management Dr. will help you manage your pain. Maybe not necessary give injections but help with meds or physio. They do a thorough assessment. Once your pain is under control it won't be so overwhelming. There are treatments. Never give up hope. We'll be here to support you. Have you had an MRI yet? Once you have more info on your condition you'll feel more in control. Take care. Charry
