Hi everyone i've been on the site for a long time but normally i stay on the neck forum. In april i had a 3level fusion cervical.in october on my way to physical therapy i was rearended by a woman,a hit and run.As a result i have whiplash. My therapist has just assessed my condition and am about to start working on that as well next week.He told me that i had SI joint stiffness as well.I have no idea what the SI joint is and what it does.Does anyone have an idea and what do they do for it? Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks Tam
