Colchicine Therapy

Has anyone tried or have knowledge of Colchicine Therapy. It's supposed to be an anti-inflammatory for the disc and also help shrink discs. It seems like an inexpensive treatment that could have a big upside. Would love to hear from anyone familiar with this treatment. Thanks much.

  • I've never heard of that unless you have a high urea count when your blood work is done. It's used for gout but haven't heard of it used for discs. Is it your Ortho giving you that? Maybe others have to take that and would be better able to help you. Take care. Charry
