Hi I am almost 2 weeks post op and am still in my collar. My quesiton is can anyone recommend a good pillow so that I can get in bed and sort of sit up to sleep, watch TV and read. The recliner is OK but them my arms get stiff. I have been piling up my pillows but I just can't seen to get it right...Preferably something I can order online since I really don't get out much.

Thanks

  • Libby,

You could try a wedge pillow. They come in different heights and styles.

Amazon.com, relaxtheback.com both carry different types.
