March 10 PLIF

Hi, I am new here too, been lurking for sometime and have gained some very useful information, thank you!

I am scheduled for PLIF L4-S1 on March 10!! Little nervous especially about the recovery time.



  • Takes time but I think its worth it. I am only two weeks post op and feel pretty damn good.

    Hope everything goes great and good luck! Keep us updated and feel free to ask any questions.
