What to ask a physiatrist

I had my first consult with a physiatrist a few weeks ago. Most of the time was taken up by going over my medical history, describing what I do for home exercise and stretching, etc.

My biggest question for my next visit is, "I'm constantly in pain, no matter what I do, so what can I do without damage?"

I was wondering what other questions I ought to discuss with him. Any suggestions? Thanks!
