lumps/knots on the back

Just wondering if anyone else has multiple lumps (which i am assuming are muscle knots) in their back area. The ones I am able to reach (not the easiest place to get to...lol) add up to @ 8. They are very, very tender to the touch. I even have a couple right on the spine area. No one seems to think much more of them then as muscle knots. Just wondering if anyone else has this too.

  • My neck and shoulders used to have these all the time and I had acupuncture to help release them. It took several months of acupuncture and anti-spasmotics to break them up to a manageable level.
