I just wanted to take a minute to introduce my self. I am 42 and have DDD. Bulging discs at L3-L4, L4-L5, and ruptured disc at L5-S1. I have done physical therapy with very little relief. I am scheduled for spinal injections this Thursday 2/19. I am a little nervous but am looking forward to some pain relief.
