since L4-5 discectomy to the day today, I am celebrating feeling great! I've had no set-backs all year, just steady recovery so I'm now able to run and do my beloved rowing! I'm only 25 so let's hope it lasts, woooo I'm so happy, think I might go for a run to celebrate!
