Lower Back Pain could it be related to my ACDF

  • I've had bursitis in my hip,its very painful. It was very noticable my hip was very swollen.Maybe your just tightening up alot from the surgery.I know after mine for the first couple of weeks my whole back was very tight and sore,my husband would give me massages to make it feel better.Plus you never know what they do to you when you old cold on the operating table either, lol. :))( Sounds like your pain march is going up your back when it typically goes down, mine did the same thing ,they thought i was crazy but i knew which direction the pain was going.
  • He touched a certain spot on my hip and I almost hit the ceiling so he said probably not related to the surgery I just have good Luck I guess!!

The one good thing is my neck feels great, I would guess I am 80% back to normal (whatever normal is I can't remember), he gave me to OK to go back to work but slowly, I figure 2-3 days a week at first and he said it was OK for me to now take NSAIDS....Oh and I get to start PT so a pretty good visit today!!
