I am Candice. I am 21 pregnant with my third child. I have two herniated disks (l4/l5). I have yet to go to ortho so I have no answers to all of my questions. I am afraid of what this pregnancy is going to do to my back. I just needed a place where people understand and can maybe help.

  • I can understand your fear. But I have always been told, "don't worry until you have something to worry about."
Just go to the doctor, and see what they say. One step at a time. That is all any of us can do.

Good luck, and I will be keeping you in my thoughts.
