i have a midline disc protrusion of 4mm mildly compressing my spinal cord. i have tried several other solutions. has anyone heard of abc? website located here https://www.edited.com

i have attempted it a few weeks ago and it did relieve some of the pressure on the back of my neck by "taking me out of the forward position."

however, i am concerned it could make my bulge worse. the practitioner has assured me it wont, but what do you guys think?

  • Its not that place, a different practitioner in Illinois. However, the more I research it online the more I see that it is likely just a program that keeps the patient dependent. Its probably not the best solution for me right now
